Care Instructions

Brush gently with a soft, dry cloth to lift dust, always in the direction of the pile. Keep away from direct sunlight during storage to preserve the depth of colour, and avoid water or cleaning solvents on the velvet. Should the interior need attention, a light shake and a dry cloth are all that is required.

Quality & Colour Variations

Our commitment is to thoughtful craftsmanship and enduring quality. While every effort is made to represent each piece as accurately as possible, slight variations in colour, pattern, and finish may occur due to screen settings and the nature of the production process. These subtle differences are part of what makes each set unique and do not affect the quality or integrity of the piece.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are dispatched from Dubai within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery within the United Arab Emirates typically takes 2 to 3 days after dispatch, and we deliver within the UAE only. Should a piece not be right, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Gift cards and opened tile sets are excluded from returns unless there is a quality issue. Pre-sale items follow the timeline noted on their product page. For assistance with any order, contact us at letsgo@yallamahjong.com and we will take care of it.
