Shipping policy

Dubai: Free delivery on orders of AED 1,000 and above. Orders below AED 1,000 carry a flat delivery fee of AED 25. Free collection from our premises is available on any order.

Other Emirates: Flat delivery fee of AED 100 on all orders, regardless of order value. Free collection from our premises is available on any order.

All fees are shown in full at checkout before payment, so you will always see the exact delivery cost before you complete your order.

Processing and dispatch: Orders are processed within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-sale orders will ship within 3-5 days of becoming available which will be communicated via email.
