Return & Refund Policy

At Yalla Mahjong, every set is thoughtfully designed to be both a collectible work of art and a luxury playing experience. We take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and detail of each piece, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a full refund, items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include all original accessories and packaging
Be returned in their original protective wrapping where applicable
For mahjong tile sets, this includes:
Original tile packaging and shrink wrap
Dice and accessories
Instruction or information cards
Any included storage components

Items returned opened but otherwise in like new condition may be eligible for return subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient return packaging may not qualify for refund approval.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Personalized or custom items
Gift cards
Limited edition or retired collections
Sale or promotional items
Digital products or downloads

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at letsgo@yallamahjong.com.

Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
For approved damaged or incorrect orders, return shipping costs will be covered by Yalla Mahjong.

Please note:

Minor variations, small imperfections, or subtle color differences resulting from handcrafted production or screen settings are not considered defects. Each set is designed with artisanal detail and individuality in mind.

Opened Products

We understand that luxury products are often purchased thoughtfully and intentionally.

Opened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided all items are complete and in like new condition. Opened returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Items showing signs of use, wear, staining, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for refund.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

To initiate a return, please contact us at letsgo@yallamahjong.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Yalla Mahjong is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive confirmation regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges, duties, and customs fees are non refundable.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country.

Yalla Mahjong is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carriers, or international shipping disruptions once an order has been dispatched.
