Most people we speak to in Dubai say the same thing. They like the idea of it, they have seen it played, and they assume they have missed the moment to learn. They have not. Mahjong scales. Played simply, you can teach it to a nine year old in an afternoon. Played seriously, the depth keeps arriving for years. A table can hold a beginner and someone who has played for twenty years, and everyone at it is still playing properly. Our sets play American, Taiwanese, London, ATF, International, Riichi, Western... so whichever way the table plays, you are covered. We make the sets rather than teach, and we would rather do that part well than be indifferent at both.
